Lithographs

These are the best lithographs that I produced as a student at the University of Maryland. I love the process of lithography. It seems almost magical. And some of my favorite artists were prolific lithographers--Käthe Kollwitz and Honoré Daumier, to name two. I'd love to get back into it, but it's not exactly feasible to keep a huge press, heavy limestones, solvents, asphaltum, and nitric acid around the house.

The first three were more serious drawings, but the last one was more of a fun little toss-off piece inspired by a tale of an African snake goddess.
